Servicios bibliotecarios: la perspectiva de los estudiantes con discapacidad y el personal bibliotecario a través de seis universidades madrileñas.

The article presents the main findings of a study of library services for people with disabilities at university libraries in the Comunidad de Madrid, Spain. The findings describe the perceptions of disabled library users regarding the library materials and services available to them. The study indicates that, while services are available to users with disabilities, these services are uneven and uncoordinated across universities.
