Abstract
- The article focuses on the prediction of the tensile breaking strength, the most commonly used physical property for paper characterization. It develops a novel three-dimensional computational simulator of paper structure to better understand the influence of fiber morphology on paper properties. It also discusses the development of the tensile strength model.
