Chapter 2: Real Estate Investments.

Chapter 2 of the book "Complete Guide to Investing in Reits-Real Estate Investment Trusts: How to Earn High Rates of Return Safely" is presented. It states that investing in the stock market is both difficult and risky, and that the same holds true with real estate. Part of the reason cited for the former has to do with a dearth of information available on some stocks. This is reportedly not true with real estate investment trusts (REIT). A description of real estate pricing cycles follows, with a stress on the value of location.
