Abstract

The article focuses on the efforts of New York Law School to address the low bar pass rate among its graduates by creating the Comprehensive Curriculum Program to improve the competence of students ranked in the bottom of the class. The elements of the guided curriculum of the program are listed, which included requiring students to take 27 credits of course work beyond the courses required. The program's Consolidated Legal Analysis course is also mentioned.
