Abstract: The article discusses the highlights of several meetings of the Audio Engineering Society (AES) Swiss Section from December 4, 2008 to April 3, 2009. The section discussed new digital sound processor (DSP) technologies at the Haute Ecole d'Ingénierie du Canton de Vaud in Yverdon. On January 9, music producer Omid Bürgin gave an overview of his career in the music industry in a Zurich meeting. Another meeting in Gurten became a graduation ceremony for graduates of the Sound Technician Federal Diploma.
