Abstract

The article presents a study which examines the impact of physical activities on the different hormone responses of men and women which regulate energy intake and appetite. It states that body weight loss is more effective in men than in women because of their diverse physical activities. It concludes that there is a greater body fat loss in men with no dietary changes, but with regular physical activities.
