Abstract

The article presents a case report of a 22-year-old married woman who complained of abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting for two weeks. She was treated with carbamazepine for seizures and anxiety attacks. Sonography showed bilateral solid ovarian masses and ascites were found at the abdominal cavity. Bilateral ovarian luteinized thecoma with sclerosing peritonitis was also found after surgery. She was given tamoxifen which proved to be successful in relieving her from bowel obstruction symptoms.
