Summary of guidance for the use of fluorides.

The article discusses the purpose of the study which provides an evidence-based summary of best practice in the usage of fluoride as treatment in New Zealand. It notes that the guideline would address the use of topical fluoride treatments including fluoride toothpastes, fluoride varnishes and fluoride mouthrinse.
