Abstract
- The article talks about the new report on farm payment system submitted by the National Audit Office (NAO) of Great Britain. The NAO has asked the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) to scrap the faulty farm payments system. NAO has said that the RPA has provided a masterclass in government IT mismanagement. The NAO estimates that the agency made overpayments to the tune of nearly 55 million pounds.
