Power Delivery To Subsea Cabled Observatories.

The article focuses on the research projects in building a direct current (DC)-powered scientific observatory for oceanographic explorations in the U.S. It states that the goal of the project is to improve the power system of the scientific observatories as well as minimizing the cost of the system.
