Abstract

The article presents a study on the existence of Amphiorchis caborojoensis and Carettacola stunkardi in a young sample of Hawksbill sea turtle Eretmochelys imbricata in Brazil. Found in the Brazilian waters and southwestern Atlantic ocean, Erethmochelys imbricata parasite was the first report and member of the Spirorchiidae family was second. A. caborojoencis trematodes were seen in the small intestine and liver and two matured C. stunkardi specimens were taken from body wash.
