CHAPTER 7: Serving the Papers on the Defendants.

Chapter 7 of the book "Win Your Lawsuit" is presented. It explores the ways to serve a lawsuit on a defendant with legal documents including summons, complaint form and case questionnaire. It includes the information for the completing the summons according to the name by which defendant operates. As reported, plaintiff can also mail the documents using "Notice and Acknowledgement of Service" form. The sample 'Proof of Service of Summons' is also included.
