The article presents a study on the effect of glucose and acanthopanacis senticosi supplement after exercise in the glucose metabolism of rats. According to the result, glucose and acanthopanacis senticosi supplement promote the recovery of muscle glycogen speed. It also notes that glucose supplement helps in maintaining the level of serum glucose while acanthopanacis senticosi increases the level of serum glucose after exercise.
