ED awards $12.4M for foreign language instruction.

The article reports that the U.S. Education Department has awarded more than 12.4 million dollars in Foreign Language Assistance Program grants that will be used in elementary and secondary schools in 24 U.S. states and the District of Columbia to expand programs in Arabic, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese languages.
