The W.R. Grace Prosecution and the Need for Amendment of the Clean Air Act's 'Knowing Endangerment' Provision.

In this article the authors discuss the reliance of the U.S. government on the provision of the Clean Air Act (CAA) in indicting W.R. Grace in the U.S. in February 2005. They examine the application of knowing endangerment on the legislation. They explore the violation of the company on its operation of toxic mineral fibers. Furthermore, they also provide information for the provision of knowing endangerment by the CAA.
