TeistraClear fires broadband broadside.

The article reports on the ultra-fast broadband that will be provided by the internet service provider (ISP) TelstraClear Ltd. in Wellington and Christchurch, New Zealand in March 2010. It states that about 10 million dollars have been invested by the ISP to the network update called data over cable service interface specifications (DOCSIS3) to deliver the upgraded services in more places. Moreover, the said broadband plan is also in accordance with the plan of the government itself.
