Abstract
- The article offers information about the biking rules set out by the Transportation Alternatives (T.A.) in New York City. It states that the Biking Rules Street Code suggests the cyclists need not pose similar threat to pedestrians. Moreover, the Biking Rules Public Service Announcement (PSA) Film and Photo competition of T.A. has been announced in June 2009.
