Abstract
- The article offers information about SwissInfoDesk, an information portal integrated in the Swiss National Library's site which enables anyone to ask about Switzerland and its inhabitants through the online form. It emphasizes the library's primary aim of making its collections available to everyone in Switzerland and abroad. A lists of several topics that have defined, corresponding to the questions most often asked, including geography, economics, history and education are also presented.
