Abstract
- The article provides information on strategies and sport-science provisions during the Race Across America (RAAM) that was held on June 11, 2009 in the U.S. It notes that the RAAM event includes four riders who were divided into two groups with their own three-staff crew and a support vehicle. The group has raced from Oceanside, California to Annapolis, Maryland for 6.5 days. Moreover, it presents the authors' comments on the overall result of the event from strategies to athletes' health.
