- Information on mist, fog and dew from a chapter of the book "DK Guide to Weather" is presented. It relates that the condensation of water vapour contribute to the formation of mist, fog and dew. A description of morning dew is provided. It discusses radiation fog, the most common type of fog. It explains the role of the Sun's rays in the evaporation of fog.
