Management of myoepithelioma of the vulva - case report and review of the literature.

The article reports on the study that determines the appropriate management of myoepithelioma of the vulva. It shows that vulval myoepitheliomas can be low or high-grade malignancy and suggests that the grades, which determines the prognosis, should be the main factor to consider when planning the management. It concludes that the clinical behavior of the tumors of the vulva most probably follow the course of the myoepitheliomas that affect the soft tissues.
