- The article focuses on the membership of Fred Arens and Jason Duguay in the L.A. Gay and Lesbian Center's Young Professionals Council (YPC) in Los Angeles, California. It notes that they have been the funding members of the YPC and are considered as the best in fundraising and event planning for gay community. It mentions that YPC is a group of men and women under 40 who encourages the programs of Gay and Lesbian Center and works to attract younger crowd to get involved in the LGBT community.
