Abstract

The article presents a study on the adipocytes in arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC). The researchers investigated the human heart samples that are stripped from the identifiers through genetic fate-mapping experiments including immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence. It notes that genetic fate-mapping experiments in mice can trace the origin of adipocytes in ARVC in second heart field progenitor cells.
