Abstract

The article offers suggestions for bodybuilders doing behind-the-neck barbell press independently. It state that behind-the-neck barbell presses help in building middle-delt muscles and cautions that a trustworthy spotter should be present to unrack the bar. It suggests that a low-back bench or an adjustable bench should be placed to the vertical of the power rack and explains the proper placement of the barbells. Also described is the procedure to conduct the presses.
