Chapter Two: A Visible/Invisible Binary.

Chapter 2 of the book "The Synoptic Text Today and Other Essays: Curriculum Development After the Reconceptualization" is presented. It explores the sexual formation of children as developed by the Roman Catholic Church and in school. It describes the vigilance adults need when protecting children from sexual acts. A connection between schooling and puberty rites is also presented including the topics of masculinity and cross dressing.
