Abstract

The article presents a study which explores the distribution of KIBRA protein and protein kinase Mζ (PKMζ) in mouse neurons and in hippocampus. It also examines the specific antibodies against KIBRA, as well as the interaction between KIBRA and PKMζ. The data gathered from the mouse subjects were analyzed through immunoprecipitation and in situ hybridization. Findings reveal that KIBRA and PKMζ can possibly operate together in memory performance at the cellular level.
