RESEARCHES REGARDING THE TRADITIONALITY CHARACTER OF „BERE DE CASĂ“ (HOME MADE BEER) PRODUCT WITH GEOGRAPHIC PROTECTION INDICATION (G.P.I.).

This article discusses a study of the traditionality characteristics and of the traditional and organic specificity as well as the geographic protection indication (GPI) of a local product made in Romania. The study deposited the product by placing it in cool and dark places. It found that product traditionality is given by the collection, conditioning and preparing methods and of the specific recipe.
