Scouts introduce recycling badge.

Abstract: The article reports on the move of the Scout Association in introducing an environment badge to encourage its members to conserve the planet's resources in Great Britain. The members will be taught on result of recycling such as glass and papers, and they will be involved in community clean-ups and the promotion of recycling. The scheme was launched to help develop a resource park and in cooperation with Serco.
