Abstract
- The article reports on the increasing trend of large construction projects in 2009 in Des Moines, Iowa. It is revealed that the Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. will establish the Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa's corporate headquarters. On the other hand, Ryan Cos. U.S. Inc. will construct a building near the intersection of Northwest 86th Street and Northwest 62nd Avenue which suggests the long-term relationships of John Deere Credit Ltd. and Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc.
