Abstract

The article features the flathead catfish at the lake in Texas. It says that catfishes are prowling the waters like primordial leviathans, looking for prey such as sunfishes, shads, and bass. According to Keith Sutton, an angler from Alexander, Arkansas, catfishes are nocturnal feeders and are more active during spring. In addition, the catfish can weigh up to 50 pounds.
