Abstract
- The article focuses on the fraud and breach of contract lawsuit filed by producer of "Terminator: Salvation," Moritz Borman in Los Angeles Superior Court against his co-producers. It says that in the suit against producers Derek Anderson and Victor Kubicek, and their Halcyon Co. banner, Borman provides eight causes of action and demands for over $160 million in damages. He allegedly asserts Anderson and Kubicek "hijacked" the production, and denied paying his $2.5 million balance fee.
