Abstract
- The article focuses on a study which described the use of dynamic force microscopy for imaging human rhinovirus serotype 2 (HRV2). The virus' capsid was imaged without any displacement of the virus. The release of the genomic RNA from the virions was initiated by way of exposure to low pH buffer and snapshots of the extrusion process.
