A Tentative Study on the Structure of the Expert Testimony Legal Aids System in China.

There has been a basic law about present legal aids matters. With the implementation of the law i. e. "The Decision on the Problems about Expert Testimony Management" made by CPC, there have been a lot of changes on expert testimony management system. In order to adapt to these changes, the foundation of expert testimony legal aid system is needed badly. The mould of the expert testimony legal aids system in China should be in the middle of the moulds between the national welfare mould and society-oriented mould.
