Abstract

The article offers information on various rules of the hardgainer's ultimate growth enhancement (HUGE™) system for chest routines. It states that the chest exercises performed at an incline work the upper region and those done on a flat bench stress more of the central and lower area. It mentions that bench presses can be a great pec producer, and offers instructions for doing several exercises such as incline barbell bench presses, flat dumbbell flyes and decline barbell presses.
