Abstract
- The article describes the case of a woman with a history of open-angle glaucoma in both eyes. The patient complained of frequent foreign body sensation and discomfort in both eyes. Humphrey visual field testing revealed early nasal steps in both eyes. Ocular surface assessment showed significant punctate epithelial changes on both corneas. Her use of latanoprost was discontinued and she received preservative-free artificial tears. Her condition eventually improved.
