Abstract
- The article reports that kinetics by protein kinase A phosphorylation of cardiac myosin binding protein C (cMyBP)-C modulates cardiac function. It is said that cardiac function requires dynamic modulation of contraction. It is cited that a phosphorylation of (cMyBP)-C may regulate crossbridge kinetics in order to modulate contraction.
