Abstract

The article reports the decision of Washington D.C. court to implore the U.S. treasury to redesign the dollar bills in order to help blind people to distinguish different bills. It explains that the government lawyers admitted that U.S. money do not have different sizes or raised markings unlike bills from other countries. The article also mentions that this ruling will stop the discrimination felt by blind people on the dollar bills.
