EU-PROJEKT MICHAEL PLUS.

The article discusses a European Union (EU) project to integrate the digitalized cultural assets of the EU countries and to simplify access to those resources. Each participating country supplies its own portal to its digitized objects and collections in archives, libraries, and museums. Those portals in turn will be available through a common, multilingual portal in the summer of 2008 under the project MICHAEL Plus (Multilingual Inventory of Cultural Heritage in Europe).
