High rates of unemployment have been recognized as social surge of current Korean labor market. In this structural change, many job seekers can use various ways for getting a good job to overcome the lengthy job drought. Individual job searching process can be distinguished between two stages: improving their abilities and collecting information about their desired jobs. The former is possible through the human capital. The later can be increased through the social capital. The study result can be summarized as follows. First, the effects of human capital on getting a job are not significant. Second, the effects of social capital are partly affected to getting a job. High level of network effort helps getting a job. But network diversity is not significant, even if it has separately significance. Third, the effects of age and income, which is represented individual attributes factors, maintain in all analysis. ..PAT.-Unpublished Manuscript [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
