UN Report Urges Progress on WMD Controls.

The article reports on the progress report issued by the United Nation (UN) nonproliferation committee intending to implement a global instrument to forbid terrorists and other nonstate actors from producing weapons of mass destructions. Accordingly, the committee composed of the same states was established by United Nations (UN) Security Council to check the implementation of Resolution 1540, adopted in April 2004.
