Abstract

The article offers information on various workouts of bodybuilder Dennis James which keep him thick and muscular. It states that James used to do bench presses, dumbbell flyes and incline barbell presses for chest and for back, it was pulldowns, seated pulley rows, barbell rows and dumbbell pullovers. According to James, the incline barbell press exercise brings the entire chest muscles into action, and keeping arms straight while doing dumbbell flyes gives him a stretch to widen the chest.
