Abstract
- This article presents the perspective of the Speaker of the the New Zealand House of Representative on the general behavior of members during debates. The New Zealand Parliament has a long history of spirited and sometimes unruly behavior during session but airing the proceeding on television has spurred efforts to improve decorum.
