Abstract
- Chapter 10 of the book "Food Tourism Around the World" is presented. This chapter offers an overview of the relevance of food to tourism in Manitoba. It notes the importance of fine dining in the province, particularly evident in the development of distinctive Manitoba Regional Cuisine and the active role of the Manitoba Restaurant Association in the promotion of its food-service industry.
