Abstract
- The article presents tips on planting spring bulbs in autumn. Among the hardy, perennial bulbs sold at garden centers are daffodil Thalia and the Blue Spectacle tulip. While the term bulb is used to refer to many spring-blooming plants, crocus are plants that grow from a corm. Gardeners should buy bulbs and corms that are plump, firm and have no molds. It is said that bulbs should be planted in a humus-rich, well-drained soil.
