Abstract
- The article discusses the role of newspapers as a reliable source of recycled and recyclable newsprint. Newspapers are launching total-market-coverage products in response to declining penetrations. "RedEye" has been created by the "Chicago Tribune" to distribute for free at commuter stops and coffee shops. Project Freesheet was founded by a photographer, which targets ridding cities of commuter papers. The irony of freeting over the carbon footprint of free newspapers is also addressed.
