Abstract: We have developed a two-component heterogeneous nucleation model which includes the exact calculation of the kinetic pre-factor using the correct heterogeneous Zeldovich factor for a two-component system. The model is tested by comparing its predictions with a simplified model and with experimental data for water-n-propanol nucleating on silver particles.
