Abstract
- The article reports on the determination of the New Jersey officials to challenge the proposed Safe Harbor Island liquefied natural gas terminal by the Atlantic Sea Island Group in New York. According to Cynthia Zipf, executive director of New Jersey's Clean Ocean Action, the proposal is not credible and is an environmental hazard. However, Howard Bovers, chairman of Atlantic Sea Island Group, the Safe Harbor uses proven technology and will not harm anyone in the case of an attack or accident.
