Abstract

It is the aim of the European Space Agency to provide, within existing overall budget constraints, data and mission continuity to the many disciplines of Earth Observation and to maintain also the necessary flexibility to cope with future Earth Observation data needs. It is foreseen to achieve these objectives through a large contribution to worldwide international activities and the collaboration of other international partners. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
