Appendix 1 The earth observation activities of the European space agency.

It is the aim of the European Space Agency to provide, within existing overall budget constraints, data and mission continuity to the many disciplines of Earth Observation and to maintain also the necessary flexibility to cope with future Earth Observation data needs.
