Abstract
- The article reports that structural engineering consultant Edge Structures has used 4D computer-aided design (CAD) technology to communicate its designs more effectively in Great Britain. The CAD software is designed by NavisWorks which allows Edge to model the progress of a development against time in order to analyze the construction accurately. Edge Structures' associate Paul James explained how NavisWorks showed bus drivers operating around a busy North East town center.
