Abstract
- The article provides information on the different restaurant menus in Spain. Mugaritz restaurant owned by chef Andoni Luis Aduriz serves Roast Escalope of Foie Gras served with Crystallised Yucca in San Sebastian. Other menus include sardine toasts with apples and yeast by chef Felip Llufriu and Crustacean Veloute by chef Joan Roca. INSET: Michelin feast.
